Shipments and returns
More than 90% of orders are shipped free of charge.
The item will be shipped through:
Product received via Royal Mail or Courier can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Product returns will be accepted upon receipt of a new, unused and undamaged product packed in its original packaging.
Upon receiving your order, it is essential to examine it for any visible signs of harm. Should your order have been damaged while in transit, kindly accept the delivery and write "DAMAGED" in the signature box and add your signature. After inspecting the goods, please inform us if any of the contents of the packaging need to be replaced. To do this, send us an email with pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org and type "DAMAGED" followed by your order number in the subject line. Claims for damaged goods must be made within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Any damage claims outside of this time frame may not be accepted.
If the delivery of an order is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable, having insufficient help to unload the goods or refusing delivery, the delivery fee will not be refunded and extra charges may be applied for any re-deliveries or returns to sender. These charges will be the same as the regular delivery fees for the customer's area. Wood2U is not responsible for any costs incurred due to delayed deliveries or any other reason.
