The Polymer-water bricks adhesive 5KG is primarily intended for indoor applications. It stands out due to its exceptional adhesive properties, surpassing standard requirements, and its remarkable flexibility inherent to polymeric adhesives. Additionally, it exhibits a white colouration.
It can be utilized on stable, dry, and clean building substrates, as well as on wood-based and deformable surfaces, such as G-K or OSB boards. It is imperative to ensure the ground is levelled before application.
To apply the adhesive, simply utilize it directly from the container. Apply it onto one surface using a velour roller, ensuring thorough lubrication. Before adhesive application, ensure that the surface is adequately cleaned.

Administer the cladding directly onto the prepared surface by utilizing an adhesive, followed by applying pressure with a roller to achieve a thickness reduction of approximately 50%.
The bonding process is facilitated through the water evaporation associated with the adhesive.
Ensure that the ambient and substrate temperatures during the application range from 8°C to 30°C.
The drying time may vary depending on the substrate's absorbency and is typically around 24 hours at 20°C.
The available working time before the adhesive sets is approximately 10 minutes at 20°C.
To maintain the product's quality for future use, tightly seal the container after each application. Prior to usage, it is advisable to mix the product to attain a consistent plastic consistency. The shelf life of the product is 12 months. Clean tools promptly with water after use.

When utilizing a roller, the adhesive consumption is approximately 0.5 kg per 1m² (10.76 sqft) of surface area.

Apply the adhesive directly from the container. Spread it evenly using a notched trowel or a roller with a notch size of 1-4mm.
For thin coatings up to 3 mm, promptly apply the adhesive with a roller.
For thicker coatings, such as 4, 5, or 6 mm, it is recommended to use a notched trowel with 2 mm notches.
For even thicker coatings like 7, 8, or 10 mm, a notched trowel with 3-4 mm notches would be more suitable.
